Frequently Asked Questions

Before Class

How early should I arrive?

5 minutes early is perfect. First time? Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can walk you through everything.

What should I bring?

Grip socks (required), a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What should I wear?

Wear breathable, move-friendly clothes—think leggings, sports bras, shorts, or tanks. You’ll get sweaty and shaky!

Is Lagree the same as Pilates?

Nope. Lagree is a strength-based, full-body workout using slow, controlled resistance. Pilates often focuses on breath, mobility, and rehab. The equipment looks similar—but the vibe and intensity are totally different.

How long is class?

All classes are 45 minutes.

Are there different levels?

Our classes are all levels. We offer plenty of modifications and variations to support you wherever you're at in your fitness journey.

Getting Started

I’m new—what can I expect?

We’ll show you the Megaformer, chat through safety tips, and make sure you feel prepped. Your instructor will guide you the entire way.

Do I need a private session first?

Totally your call. If you're recovering from injury or new to fitness, a private session can help you feel more confident before jumping into a group class.

Who can take classes?

Define Lagree is open to anyone age 15 and up (parent/guardian signature required under 18). All fitness levels welcome!

How often should I come?

2–5x per week delivers the best results. Just listen to your body!

The 14 days begin the day of purchase, so book those classes right away and get the full experience.

Modifications + Life Moments

Is it safe to do Lagree while pregnant or postpartum?

Please consult your doctor first. We’re happy to modify movements to support you during this chapter—just let us know in advance.

What if I’m recovering from injury?

We’re here to support your journey. A private session may be a great way to get started and understand modifications tailored to you.

What equipment is used in class?

All classes use the M3S Megaformer, featuring a spring-based system with resistance options and multiple adjustable features. Your instructor will walk you through how to use it safely and effectively.
